Water Damage Restoration: Burst Supply Line in a Seminole Heights Bungalow
Before
AfterA braided supply line under the kitchen sink let go sometime overnight. By morning, water had traveled through the kitchen, into the hallway, and under the original oak flooring. We extracted standing water, pulled the affected drywall to expose the wall cavities, and set Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers and Phoenix air movers throughout the affected rooms. The tide mark on the hallway wall confirmed moisture had climbed roughly 18 inches, so we dried past that line before rebuilding. The original flooring was saved; the drywall and baseboards were replaced, primed, and painted to match.
Mold Remediation: Attic Mold Above a Westchase Master Bedroom
Before
AfterA bathroom exhaust fan had been venting into the attic instead of through the roof, and the warm, humid Tampa air did the rest. Mold had spread across roughly 40 square feet of sheathing above the master bedroom. Our IICRC-credentialed technicians contained the attic, removed the affected insulation, and treated the sheathing with an EPA-registered antimicrobial. We then sealed the wood to prevent regrowth and re-routed the vent to the exterior. Homeowners received a photo report showing the cleaned sheathing before new insulation went in.
Fire Damage Restoration: Kitchen Fire in a Town ‘n’ Country Condo
Before
AfterA grease fire on the stovetop put soot on every surface in the kitchen and a thin layer through most of the condo. No structural fire damage, but the smoke had done its work. We cleaned all hard surfaces, ran HEPA air scrubbers for three days, and used thermal fogging to neutralize the odor that had settled into the drywall and cabinetry. The kitchen ceiling and upper cabinets needed repainting. The unit was cleared for occupancy after an independent clearance test.
Water Damage Restoration: AC Drain Pan Overflow in a Hyde Park Condo

The condensate line on a third-floor air handler clogged, and the drain pan overflowed into the unit below. Water followed the ceiling joists and soaked a section of bedroom carpet. We extracted what we could, opened the ceiling to dry the cavity, and placed an Injectidry system on the carpet to pull moisture from the pad without removing it. The ceiling was patched, textured, and painted; the carpet was cleaned and re-stretched. Drying took four days. The written price covered everything, and the final invoice matched it.
Mold Remediation: Bathroom Mold Behind Tile in a Lutz Home

What started as a loose tile turned out to be mold eating the drywall behind it. A failing grout line had been letting water into the wall cavity for months. We removed the affected tile and drywall, treated the studs with an antimicrobial, and rebuilt the surround with cement board and proper waterproofing before re-tiling. The homeowner watched the whole process and received photos of the opened wall before we closed it back up. The bathroom was out of service for nine days, and the written scope spelled out every day of it up front.
Water Damage Restoration: Hot Water Heater Failure in a Brandon Split-Level

A 12-year-old water heater rusted through at the bottom and drained its entire tank into the garage and the adjoining family room. The laminate flooring in the family room wicked water nearly six feet from the penetration point. We extracted the standing water, removed the laminate to expose the concrete slab, and dried the slab with a combination of B-Air air movers and a Phoenix low-grain dehumidifier. The garage drywall had wicked moisture up about a foot, so we cut and removed the affected section before drying the cavity. New laminate was installed after moisture readings confirmed the slab was dry.
